John C. Purdue

John. C. Purdue, has been practicing law for over forty years.  Currently he and his son, David C. Purdue, are Private Practitioners in Purdue Law Offices.  John received undergraduate degrees in English and Chemical Engineering before earning his JD from The University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio.  His expertise is in Intellectual Property Law although his job experience also includes Engineering for Libbey Owens Ford and for The Manhattan Project in Decatur, Illinois.  He also worked in the Patent Department at The Dow Chemical Company.

David C. Purdue

David C. Purdue, has been practicing law for over 15 years.  Currently he and his father, John C. Purdue, are Private Practitioners in Purdue Law Offices.  Dave received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from The University of Michigan and his JD from The University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio.  Dave's expertise is in Intellectual Property Law which can be defined as the preparation and prosecution of mechanical patent applications and applications to register trademarks and trademark litigation in U.S. District Courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the PTO.
